How do i search and purchase art at Aquarelltonia?
On every page, at the top, you will find a a horizontal menu. By clicking on one of the links, you can view art by medium, style, size or price. We
also offer a keyword search bar at the top right of every page. Here you can search for artwork exhibited at Aquarelltonia.
To purchase a piece of art, simply click the Add to Cart Button. After adding your favorite artworks, click the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page.
You will be able to see your selection of artworks in the shopping cart. Click on Checkout to enter your delivery and payment details.
How can I apply discount codes and use gift vouchers?
Click on Shopping Cart in the top right corner of the website. Here you will be able to apply discount codes and use gift vouchers.
How many days will it take for my piece of art to arrive?
Artwork at Aquarelltonia is usually shipped within 24 hours of sale. Once your artwork has been shipped, please allow three to six business days.
How it my artwork shipped?
All artworks are shipped in a special mailing tube, which will keep your artwork safe on its journey.
May I return a piece of art if it does not meet my expectations?
Aquarelltonia offers a fourteen-day money back guarantee on all artwork. We will pay for return shipping and issue you a full refund or credit. Please use
the original packaging (mailing tube) for the return shipment. All artwork returned must be in original condition. Art that is returned damaged will not be refunded.
How do I return a piece of art?
Repackage your art in the original mailing tube.
You will be issued a full refund, including the shipping costs, once the artwork arrived.
